They get your orders out quick. I've been a customer for about four years. The service is fantastic, especially since they introduced the digitizer site—much easier than all that emailing back and forth.

This company really delivers when it comes to embroidery digitizing and vector work! They’ll communicate with you until everything is just right, and their prices are quite reasonable; no doubt about it, they get the job done.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered. My first try was a total mismatch to my simple design. The second attempt was an improvement, but there were still issues with the stitching. I sent over images and what I wanted, but the 'edits' I got back were just the same as before. The middle part of the background was completely absent. The quality of stitching varies when using stabilizer compared to a filled area. When I pointed out the gap in the design, they actually made it worse instead of fixing it properly.

This has been a nightmare.

This is my second review for your company. You asked me to remove the first one and give you another chance, but clearly, the outcome was still terrible. I had to cobble together parts from the various attempts to create a makeshift version of what I needed, and then I ended up hiring someone else. I even shared the final product made by your competitor with you.

These folks were super helpful! I shared a pic of a tractor I had in mind, and they quickly sent me a proof. I didn’t look it over closely enough, just gave it a quick glance, thinking it was all good. But when the digitized item arrived, I realized it was not what I expected. The next day, they got back to me with the right one at no extra cost, even though I was the one who didn’t double-check the proof properly. Their service was really quick from the start, and they managed to edit the image I provided, removing the background. I just wanted the tractor, nothing else. I’m really happy with the outcome and will definitely use their service again.

The customer service is just awful! I didn’t receive what I requested, and they refuse to provide the file type I wanted unless I cough up more cash.
